Gorgent provides rental products through authorised affiliates who may assist with customer coordination, delivery, handover, collection, and return of rental packages.

All website content—including branding, text, graphics, product images, designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Gorgent. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Product availability, rental pricing, deposits, booking periods, delivery arrangements, and other service details may change without prior notice. A booking is confirmed only after Gorgent accepts it and receives the required payment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rental Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Gorgent is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of rented items, inaccurate customer information, unauthorised third-party activity, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
