The Rental Process — Step by Step

Explore our full bridal collection — Bridal Maxis, Lehengas, Open Gowns, and colour drops. Each listing shows the full rent price, fabric details, embellishment work, and colour. Take your time finding the one that feels right for your day.

Confirm Your Date & Availability

Before placing your order, WhatsApp us your event date and the product SKU (e.g. P 5003). We confirm availability within a few hours. Booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance is strongly recommended — especially during peak wedding season (October–February).

Place Your Order & Share Measurements

Add the outfit to cart and complete checkout. Include your measurements (chest, waist, hips, height) in the order notes. Minor fitting adjustments are included at no extra charge.

Receive Your Outfit

Your outfit is delivered via tracked courier — pressed, packaged, and ready to wear. We deliver Pakistan-wide to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and all major cities. Delivery is scheduled to arrive 2–3 days before your event so you have time to try it on.

Return the Outfit

Within the agreed return window (typically 2–3 days after your event), pack the outfit in the original packaging. We arrange courier pickup from your address. Do not wash, iron, or alter the outfit. Dry cleaning is handled entirely by our team.

Rental Terms & Conditions

Rental Period	Delivery date to return pickup — typically 4–6 days total
Advance Booking	Minimum 2 weeks before event. 3–4 weeks recommended in peak season
Fitting Adjustments	Minor alterations included. Share measurements at checkout
Dry Cleaning	Handled by Gorgent — no charge to customer
Damage Policy	Normal wear covered. Significant damage may incur repair charges assessed on return
Late Returns	Contact us in advance if you need to extend. Late returns without notice may affect future bookings
Cancellations	7+ days before event = full refund. Within 7 days = non-refundable
Delivery	Pakistan-wide via tracked courier. Charges at checkout
Washing	Do NOT wash the outfit. Return as-is in original packaging

Is this a purchase or a rental?

All Gorgent listings are rentals. You pay the rent price shown, wear it for your event, and return it afterwards. You do not own the outfit.

What if the outfit doesn't fit perfectly?

Share your measurements at checkout and our team will make minor adjustments before dispatch. Always provide measurements for the best fit.

Can I see the outfit before renting?

Yes — WhatsApp us and we'll arrange a video call to show you the outfit in detail. We want you 100% confident before booking.

What cities do you deliver to?

Pakistan-wide — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, and all other cities.

What happens if the outfit is damaged?

Normal wear is covered. Significant damage is assessed on return and discussed with you before any charges are made.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 2–3 weeks in advance. During peak season (October–February), 4–6 weeks is ideal as popular pieces book out quickly.

Can I rent multiple outfits?

Absolutely. Many customers rent one outfit for mehndi and another for barat. Contact us via WhatsApp with all your event dates and we will plan the full schedule together.
